Meet the Coach
Rebeca Vindas is the founder and coach at Plot Twist Wellness Coaching, and a certified health and life coach through the International Coach Federation.
She’s tried all the fad diets and has overcome disordered eating to find that the key to sustainable change is through a strong foundation of habits that best serve you. And now she’s made it her mission to help you become your best self! She incorporates proven techniques in each of her programs to support you in tackling your obstacles, creating a game plan that you can stick with, and kicking self-sabotage for good.
When she’s not guiding others on how to build strong habits, you can find Rebeca exploring lovely Colorado (where she lives) with her husband, cuddling her cats and dogs, or finding the best food and drinks in Denver.
The Habit Change Experience
Our most popular service, this program incorporates nutritional and exercise awareness, mindfulness, and intuitive eating to maximize your success. You’ll work with your coach to develop a targeted plan and gain tools to create sustainable habits – all without prescriptive diets or workout plans!
Individual coaching sessions are available outside of program commitments for people who need laser-focused help getting clarity around their goals and how to best attack them.
Grocery Shopping Planning & Support
If you’re overwhelmed by grocery stores, shopping lists, and meal planning – this is the service for you! Our coach will help you develop a meal menu, create a shopping list, and will even accompany you to the store so you can make the most of your trip and learn how to shop smart.
Corporate Wellness Workshops
We offer a Healthy Habits 101 workshop that’s a perfect addition to any corporate wellness program. Set your team up for success both in and out of the workplace by giving them the tools they need to overcome their health challenges.
